Clemency / Pardons & Expungement
-
Pardons.
We will assist you in seeking a pardon if you have a state conviction and are looking for total forgiveness from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A pardon allows the Courts, State Police, and FBI to expunge your records.
-
Commutation.
We can assist you in a request for commutation of sentence if you are currently incarcerated.
-
Limited Access.
If you simply require that your qualifying misdemeanor record be sealed from public view without an expungement of your criminal record, we can help. Limited access prevents your case from being provided to most employers, landlords and others. Criminal justice agencies still have access to the information and the case will still be on FBI records.
-
Clean Slate.
We can help you get your record for non-convictions, some misdemeanors, and summary offenses sealed from public view, if ten years have passed. Information will still be available to criminal justice agencies and on FBI records.
-
Expungement.
We can help you get your criminal history expunged under certain circumstances. This can be done only under very limited circumstances if a conviction occurred. Come talk to us if you have a non-conviction, ARD, or acquittal that lingers on your record.

Firearm Restoration
It is very important to note that even if you are successful in seeking a pardon, you still may not have your firearm rights restored. Moreover, there may continue to be Federal impediments to you owning and possessing a firearm. We deal with all these issues on a case by case basis, after consultation and thorough review of your file.
