Attorney Prosser is a lifetime resident of Perry County and a 1988 Graduate of Newport High School. He is a 1992 Honors Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he studied writing and psychology. Kevin attained his doctorate of law in 1995 as a graduate of Widener University School of Law.
Kevin began his law practice in central Pennsylvania immediately following graduation from law school. He opened his own law office in 2004. Kevin has practiced exclusively in Perry, Juniata, Mifflin, Dauphin and Cumberland Counties since that time. Kevin is a member of the Federal Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Kevin is a past president of the Perry County Bar and the chair of the Perry County Family Law Committee.
Kevin remains actively involved in the community. Kevin’s has instructed children in martial arts, coached pee wee football and youth soccer, and has been a leader in Perry County 4-H. He also enjoys working on home improvement projects, and owns several other businesses including the seasonal haunted house “Terror Farm”.
